The headquarters is in Jyväskylä.
Panostaja Oyj and its portfolio company Lenio signed a merger agreement on June 2, 2026, regarding the merger of Lenio Oy based in Tampere and Infomaatti Oy based in Jyväskylä. Panostaja invested in the software company Lenio in June 2025, and with this new investment, Lenio’s growth strategy is advancing further. The transaction will result in the formation of Lenio Group Oy, focusing on software services for mobile work.
The new Lenio Group, formed by Lenio and Infomaatti, serves domestic companies in technical industries where mobile work is performed. Mobile, location-independent work is common but underserved in sectors such as industry, real estate, logistics, and construction. There is a growing demand within companies for modern workforce management solutions.
